Waitemata Football Club is an amateur football club based in Te Atatū, Auckland, New Zealand. Founded in 1959, the club aims to inspire growth and development through football for its members and the community.
The Challenge
The comittee members reached out to us in need of bookkeeping/treasurer support for the club. They needed support with sending out membership invoices and tracking fees for penalties as well as chasing unpaid invoices and payroll support.
The Solution
Project Seven streamlined the invoicing and payments process in Xero, manage the payroll needs, and monitor the accounts inbox for any invoicing queries on top of the accounts receivable processes.

Super Sprint is a company that organizes the Super Sprint MotorSport New Zealand Championship, a premier motorsport series in New Zealand. This championship features quick-fire racing events across various circuits in the country, typically running from November to April. The series includes several categories, such as the Castrol Toyota Racing Series, Toyota 86 Series, GT New Zealand, and D1NZ (New Zealand’s premier drift class).
The Challenge
The team at Super Sprint came to us a week before their championship series kicked off when they realised that they did not have the capacity to manage the needed social channel postings on top of their already very full content production schedules for TV and the live events. Initially they were looking for assistance in converting their material into social content, newsletters and web updates. With a pace of 3 or so posts per week including stories and reels with a big focus on ensuring sponsorship requirements were also met alongside the event and driver content.
The Solution
The Project Seven team rolled up their sleeves and dove in, but only a couple of weeks in it was clear more support from us was needed. We picked up designing full programmes, designing track maps, driver rosters, special event promotions, and sometimes as many as 21 posts in a week! Plus, our design team also took up a lot of the main production needs for D1NZ. Despite the break-neck pace from December right through to May, our team delivered (and learned a massive amount about current and historical motorsport in New Zealand).

Hashika Samuel Travel Agent is an experienced travel broker based in East Tamaki. With a career in the travel industry since 2004, Hashika Samuel specialises in creating unique and personalised travel experiences for clients.
The Challenge
Hashika was ready to build her personal brand as a travel agent beyond the Flight Centre banner as she struck out as an independent agent, however she had no time to put into building a presence for herself or create a community for her clients on top of her day job. She wanted to be able to build her name as an agent that goes ‘above and beyond’ in her style of travel booking experiences well as provide inspiration, offer tips and promote great deals.
The Solution
Project Seven created an outreach strategy for Facebook and Instagram, designed truly IG worthy content and went deep on hashtag research to hit the right audiences and aesthetics with regular posting including stories and reels. In addition, we designed a logo to represent her personal brand.

Travel Culture NZ is a company that specializes in providing unique and immersive travel experiences. They focus on showcasing the rich cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and diverse activities that each country has to offer.
The Challenge
Once our long-time client Hashika was well-established and thriving, a couple of additional agents decided to make the move and join her to form their own agency and Travel Culture was born. They needed a website, a logo and brand identity, new socials, and of course – new content.
The Solution
Project Seven designed a new brand from the ground up. We re-designed previous collateral such as brochures, email signatures and business cards, designed and supported the launch of the website, set up new social profiles and got to work on building up their new pooled audience. Their new content has been a huge hit, and we have supported several giveaway promotions as part of the launch to generate buzz.

Team Swift Real Estate Agents is a dedicated team within Harcourts Northwest Realty, specialising in providing exceptional property services in the Northwest region of Auckland. They focus on helping clients buy, sell, and manage residential properties, ensuring personalised solutions that meet diverse needs.
The Challenge
Anna Swift had decades of experience in her area, but no real online presence, and her sister Deb was brand new to the industry. They wanted to launch their new team together and build a brand around their duo. They needed help setting up a micro-brand within the overarching Harcourts requirements that could still showcase their personal brands and then ongoing social media management.
The Solution
Project Seven designed them a logo, a suite of templates for their listings and market updates, and then started on their broader content strategy. We set up their social accounts and a regular content schedule in line with their new social content pillars to bring across both their personal style as well as industry insights and advice.

Solar Gard NZ is a leading provider of window film solutions in New Zealand. They offer a range of products designed to improve energy efficiency, protect interiors, and enhance security for homes, businesses, and vehicles.
The Challenge
They came to us wih challenges around the efficiency of their website, and lack of local social media exposure – with branding guidelines and marketing strategies being regulated by the Saint Gobain head office but often not being fit for purpose in the New Zealand market. They needed to get their story into the world, but in a way that would actually resonate with locals and not feel like a generic international corporate message.
The Solution
Project Seven got to work on a long term strategy to get the Solar Gard NZ story established and onto the right platforms. We created a mix of video and static posts, with differing styles, to start building audience data on Facebook and Instagram as well as some long-form article content to post under the owner’s profile to begin building his industry leadership personal brand among his target corporate audiences.
This included setting up NZ specific social profiles and building followings there, and some key website UX updates.

Part of the larger Salvestrol brand, Lupostrol is a 100% natural premium dog food supplement.
The Challenge
Lupostrol was brand new to the market, having only just released their product for sale. They had no brand presence, and the nature of the product is technically complex from formulation to how research around the results of use can be described. The owner knew people would love this product, but didn’t know how to get her message into the world and start building Lupostrol as a trusted and authentic brand in a cluttered industry. They needed to establish a clear purpose and cohesive feel to everything they put out into the world.
The Project Seven Solution
Project Seven could immediately see the potential for Lupostrol to get the brand awareness they wanted through storytelling. We have always said ‘people buy from people’ – but in this case it is ‘people buy for dogs, from dogs’. To develop that deep personal connection with their audience, we dug straight into building profiles of dogs who currently use Lupostrol with the aim to make them and their results the heroes of the story. We provided a website audit, and continue to provide ongoing organic and paid social media strategy and management.
