We as we grow, we need full-time, tech-savvy, top-notch executive assistants to join our friendly, collaborative and hard-working team.

You will be responsible for multiple clients supporting them as they grow their business. The right person can delegate and share the workload when they need to, prioritise clients’ needs and remain calm under pressure.

 - Proactive inbox and diary management (staying in contact with the client for urgencies)
 - Travel arrangements
 - Proactive to-do lists (converting client brain-dumps to actionable work)
 - Presentations and Documentation
 - Proactive with managing busy business owners and staying ahead of their needs
 - Monitor and coordinate jobs. Meeting Deadlines.
 - Provide support with managing big projects.

Skills & Experience:
- Ability to work with multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.

As we continue to grow need a full-time, tech-savvy, top-notch virtual assistant to join our friendly, collaborative and hard-working team.

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients and their customers.
• Ensure that all interactions reflect the company's values and maintain a positive image for P7 and our clients.
• Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for company personnel using calendar software.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and file management.
• Monitor jobs and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve any issues.
• At times, provide support with managing big projects.

Skills & Experience:

Junior Bookkeeper

Brief:
• Process bank deposits
• Reconcile General Ledger accounts and sub ledgers
• Prepare, send and store invoices
• Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
• Identify and address discrepancies
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Responding to general enquiries and answering phones
• Prepare and process payroll is a bonus

Join the Project Seven NZ team as we expand! We're on the lookout for a dynamic, tech-savvy Junior Bookkeeper who's ready to dive into a full-time role with us.

As a crucial member of our finance team, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple clients on their growth journey. We're searching for someone who's adept at juggling various tasks, from managing workloads to prioritizing client needs, all while keeping cool under pressure.

What You'll Do:

-Handle bank deposits with precision.
-Reconcile General Ledger accounts and ensure sub-ledgers are spot on.
-Create, dispatch, and file invoices meticulously.
-Proactively communicate with clients for timely payments and resolve any hiccups along the way.
-Keep our accounting databases and spreadsheets up to date and discrepancy-free.
-Be the friendly voice that responds to enquiries and manages phone calls.


If you've got payroll prep skills, that's a major plus!

What We're Looking For:

-You'll be a champion at managing multiple client accounts in a bustling environment.
-You embrace new software and digital platforms. (Every client likes using something different!)
-Prior experience in bookkeeping? Perfect!
-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
-Stellar communication, both in writing and verbally.
