The Challenge
Eyes & Ears is a media business largely employing contractors, some of whom are self-employed, with others on PAYE. With an increasing workload, the Chief Operating Officer was quite literally ‘up to her eyes and ears’ in bookkeeping – not the best use of her time. Additionally, there was $450,000 in outstanding invoices, and payroll was getting too complicated. Project Seven came on board and got up to speed efficiently to get on top of the issues, and once that was done, set up the systems and procedures to keep things moving smoothly.
