The NZ Business Academy (nzbusinessacademy.co.nz) is a business education platform run by Carolyn Banks, CEO of NZ Businesswomen. NZBA provides practical business learning for NZ small business owners — training, webinars, and resources built for people who want to run their business better, not attend another conference. When Carolyn was ready to give the academy its own digital home, she came to Project Seven.
The Challenge
NZBA needed a website, a proper one, with its own domain, its own presence, and a setup that the small internal team could actually manage going forward. The site needed to reflect the credibility of the organisation and the range of the offering, and it needed to be built and handed over without requiring ongoing technical support for every small update. At the same time, the social channels needed attention: Meta suite access wasn’t set up properly, which was limiting what they could do on Facebook and Instagram.
Project Seven Solution
- Website design and build for nzbusinessacademy.co.nz, from brief to launch
- Hosting setup and DNS configuration on P7’s managed hosting platform
- Website content management: ongoing hosting, monthly content updates, and SEO and training support on retainer
- Meta suite setup: Facebook and Instagram business accounts configured and access sorted
- Marketing support and channel strategy for building NZBA’s audience across social
The Results
- nzbusinessacademy.co.nz designed, built, and live
- Hosting and domain fully managed by P7
- Ongoing retainer in place for content, hosting, and social support
- Meta suite set up and operational
